Refactoring My Nix Flake (uncut)

Tidied up my desktop NixOS configuration, added some comments, and fixed a reproducibility problem.
Errata:
Use
${pkgs.feh}/bin/feh --no-fehbg --bg-fill ${../../Daniel_in_the_Lions_Den_by_Briton_Riviere.jpg}
to put it in the /nix/store
